Friggin Insomnia !

 I have no idea what in the World what is going on with my body. If my training was suffering I would suspect that I am over-trained, but it’s going great so I doubt that is the particular culprit. If I was bi-polar I would guess that I am going through a Manic Episode, nope bank acount is in great shape and my friends and family don’t seem to be looking at me in anymore of a strange way than usual.

However, this is testing my nerves! I am sleeping extremely well for about five hours a night and waking up bright eyed and bushytailed. This would be great but waking up at two or three in the morning is getting really old. Do you have any idea how annoying it is to be a five a.m. runner and having to wait for your training session?

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a man from Bolivar Tennessee USA, born in 1969.

My favorite sports include: running cycling

My goals are: I am a ultra runner, I am currently training for a fifty miler in March of 09. I then plan to focus on tri training for 09.

My other favorite activities include: Are there any other sports? What do you mean Basketball? LAME !.

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
